Room Attendant

Love creating welcoming spaces and making sure every guest has an exceptional experience? Trailborn is looking for Seasonal Housekeeping Team Members to join our team! We are hiring for multiple housekeeping positions, including Room Attendants, House Attendants, and Public Area Attendants.

Our Housekeeping Team plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and memorable guest experience throughout the resort. Whether supporting guest rooms, public areas, or resort operations, you'll help ensure every space meets our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

ROOM ATTENDANT
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including furniture, fixtures, bathrooms, and guest amenities
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, and restock supplies
• Vacuum carpets, dust surfaces, empty trash, and maintain guest room standards
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items following hotel procedures
• Respond to guest requests and provide friendly, professional service

HOUSE ATTENDANT
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout resort facilities, including recreation areas, hallways, entrances, and back-of-house areas
• Transport linens, supplies, and equipment to support housekeeping operations
• Clean windows, doors, floors, elevators, public restrooms, and common spaces
• Monitor property conditions and report maintenance needs or safety concerns
• Assist with maintaining outdoor areas, including spa spaces and guest areas

PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including the lobby, restrooms, meeting spaces, and guest areas
• Clean and sanitize assigned areas on a routine schedule
• Assist guests with questions and provide information about resort activities and services
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
• Identify and communicate maintenance issues or safety hazards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, hotel, or resort experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces
• Friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to guest service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, kneel, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout an 8-10 hour shift
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds without assistance

SCHEDULE

Hospitality requires a flexible schedule. Team members may be required to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs and seasonal demands.
