Issaquah, WA Kirkland, WA Maple Valley, WA Role Summary An Associate Mental Health Therapist with Dayspring Behavioral Health provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families under the supervision of a licensed clinician. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. We are a mental health group practice that focuses on hosting a professional, supportive, and rewarding workplace for Mental Health Therapists. Responsibilities Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, associate therapists will: Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Part-Time:

Maintain a minimum active caseload of 16 clients per week required (both in person and online) Full-Time:

Requirements Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license: LMHCA or LMFTA in Washington State Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.); strong preference for therapists interested in working with ages 9 through adulthood Experience in outpatient or group practice settings About Dayspring Behavioral Health: Dayspring Behavioral Health is a multidisciplinary mental health practice dedicated to empowering individuals, children, and families through comprehensive counseling and specialized assessment services.
