Job Title

Respiratory Therapist (Registered) – Travel

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to adult patients in floor care and ICU settings
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders
• Operate and manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment in critical and non-critical care environments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
• Active Florida Respiratory Therapy license – must be in hand prior to start
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist with adult patients
• Experience in both floor/general care and ICU settings required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Strong familiarity with ventilator management in an ICU environment
