Our client is a commercial real estate company with a sizable portfolio looking to add a Lease Administrator to their corporate accounting team. This role owns the full lease setup and maintenance process in Yardi, from reading and interpreting lease documents through recovery reconciliations and budget support, and works closely with accountants and property managers across the organization. It's a great fit for someone with real estate accounting experience who's detail-oriented, comfortable in Yardi, and wants to work in a collaborative corporate environment with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret lease documents, process new leases and amendments through Yardi, and maintain area tables and recovery profiles
• Reconcile the Leasing Detail Report to rent rolls monthly and maintain accurate leasing records throughout the year
• Assist with annual recovery reconciliations and support Yardi ABF reforecasts and budget preparation
• Collaborate with accountants and property managers to resolve lease setup questions and support ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Real estate industry experience required; ability to read and interpret lease language including CAM and DOE provisions
• Yardi experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
