Schedule : Must be flexible to work both first and second shift schedules
Overtime: Overtime and weekend work required based on customer and production demands
Pay Rate : $22.50, Based on experience

Quality Supervisor Requirements/Qualifications

• Recent supervisory or leadership experience required within the last 12 months
  
• Recent manufacturing experience required; automotive manufacturing experience preferred
  
• Experience managing multiple projects, inspections, or work teams simultaneously
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related computer systems
  
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed
  
• Stable work history with demonstrated longevity required
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  

• Supervising quality inspection and sorting operations at multiple customer locations
  
• Coordinating staffing, scheduling, and logistics to meet customer requirements
  
• Training, coaching, and mentoring quality personnel to ensure performance standards are met
  
• Communicating directly with customers regarding quality concerns and production requirements
  
• Monitoring team compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
  
• Reviewing and maintaining inspection records, training documentation, and production reports
  
• Managing employee performance and providing ongoing feedback and support
  
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and follow-up
