Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:

• Lead accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Oversee monthly close processes, financial reviews, and executive-level reporting.
• Partner with leadership to develop annual operating and capital budgets.
• Manage cash flow, audit coordination, internal controls, and financial policies.
• Supervise finance team members and support organizational growth initiatives.

Qualifications for the Director of Finance:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Strong background in NFP and for profit
• CPA preferred

Target Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience $80,000-$95,000
