Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions. Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred . Excellent problem‑solving, listening and communication skills. Prior customer service experience is a plus , but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
