Role Description The Licensed Insurance Agent will assist beneficiaries in understanding and selecting appropriate Medicare and related health insurance plans, providing clear explanations of benefits, coverage options, and enrollment processes. Daily responsibilities include conducting needs-based consultations, handling inbound and outbound calls, managing applications, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves working closely with internal teams to support growth and retention strategies, resolving member inquiries, and delivering a high level of customer service that builds trust and long-term relationships. The Licensed Insurance Agent is expected to adhere to all state and federal guidelines while meeting performance and quality metrics. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales skills, including needs-based selling and consultative guidance. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices, with emphasis on Medicare and health plan products. Candidates should possess foundational Finance understanding to explain plan costs, premiums, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses clearly. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and effective communication with diverse populations. Active state health insurance license. Experience working with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or related health insurance products is highly beneficial. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow compliance guidelines, and proficiency with CRM or enrollment systems are preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
