Strategic HR Director - People & Policy Leader

Perr & Knight, based in Santa Monica, is seeking a Human Resources Director to oversee the HR Department for 200+ employees. You will lead recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, training, policy development and compliance from the Santa Monica office.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years as an HR Director and a Bachelor's degree. SHRM or PHR certifications are helpful but not required. The role offers a competitive salary with a merit-based bonus plan and strong benefits.
