Youth Case Manager - Trauma-Informed Care & Impact

Zoe-International is seeking a Case Manager in Acton, California. As part of the treatment team, you'll work closely with youth, their families, and county workers to monitor progress and implement treatment plans. This role includes managing client documentation, engaging in crisis intervention, and providing high-quality care to at-risk youth. Qualifications include experience with youth, trauma-informed care skills, and certifications in CPR and First Aid. Verbal fluency in Spanish is preferred.
