Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days/Week

License Required: Active Michigan OT License

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in a high school and alternative education setting in Ypsilanti, MI.

This full-time opportunity is ideal for an OT who is comfortable working with older students and enjoys helping students develop the functional, academic, and life skills needed to succeed in the school environment and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to high school and alternative education students
• Evaluate students and develop individualized therapy plans
• Address functional, fine motor, sensory, and school participation needs
• Help students build skills that support independence and successful participation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

Qualifications

• Active Michigan OT License required
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
