Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required within the last 2 years.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Cross Country Program - The University of Vermont Health Network and no current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - The University of Vermont Health Network.

Additional Details:

Shift & schedule requirements: Call is required.

Floating requirements: May float to outpatient facility.

Special request requirements: Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.

Unit and facility details: Sonographer for adult echo lab, Adult and pediatric trained. This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
