(Sr) Project Manager, Feasibility Site Activation

ICON seeks a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for Feasibility and Site Activation to oversee clinical trial site start-up and activation. The role involves managing timelines, coordinating regulatory submissions, tracking progress against KPIs, and serving as the primary contact for internal teams and sponsors across multiple US locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage FSA project plans, timelines, and deliverables for assigned clinical studies
• Coordinate feasibility assessments, site recommendations, and start-up strategies with functional experts
• Oversee essential document collection, regulatory and ethics submissions, and site activation milestones
• Track progress against timelines and KPIs; identify and mitigate risks proactively
• Act as primary FSA contact for internal teams and customers; resolve study issues and represent FSA at audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or related field
• 3-6 years clinical research experience (Sr. PM); strong site activation or start-up project management background
• Proficiency in project planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of regulatory, ethics, and contractual requirements affecting study start-up
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and mentor others as needed
