Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Registered Nurse – Intensive Care UnitSchedule: Shift: 7p-7a weekdays with every other weekend (EOW)Assignment Details: Contract Length: 3 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 weeklyRequirements:Active RN license in the state or Compact License2-3 years of ICU experience (strong candidates with 2 years preferred)Current certifications: BLS & ACLSFamiliarity with EMR (preferred Cerner)RN Skills Checklist matching specialtyDriver's license with matching addressRoles & Responsibilities:Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU.Monitor and assess patient conditions and administer appropriate interventions.Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.Float to ED, Stepdown, and Med Surg units as needed, with modified assignments.Utilize specialized equipment such as balloon pumps and CRRT systems.Compliance / Notes:RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.Floating to other departments is required.Client Details: City Laconia State NHTLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and fully complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
