Join Brighter, Stronger Foundation's Summer Program and support youth with behavioral health needs through engaging, structured, and therapeutic activities. We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals who are passionate about helping youth thrive in a safe and supportive environment. This is more than a summer job; it is an opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop professional skills, and positively impact the lives of youth in your community.

What you'll do:

• Support youth during structured group activities and field trips
• Implement behavior and life skills strategies from individualized treatment plans
• Ensure client safety and promote engagement
• Collect and track behavior data
• Communicate with supervisors and participate in team meetings
• Create a positive, inclusive environment for all participants

Ideal candidate:

• Enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented
• Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral or developmental needs preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in human services or education a plus
• Must complete background checks and required training prior to start
