Adept Nursing & Rehab of Sutherland - The Birch at Sutherland is hiring full-time and part-time team members to be a part of our Environmental Services Team . Successful candidates will be cross trained in both laundry and housekeeping roles and some minimal maintenance duties. Responsibilities include: Cleaning rooms, hallways, dining areas, etc to meet standards of cleanliness to promote optimal health of our residents. Perform laundry services for our residents ensuring personal clothing and linen are clean in returned timely. Effectively communicating with staff and residents, along with maintaining a positive attitude Maintaining composure in busy situations and complying with facility guidelines and state regulations Providing the highest quality of service possible to each of our residents, serving with kindness and compassion Job Requirements: Great attitude, ability to work with a team Empathy toward residents Previous Nursing home experience is a plus!
