Known for our innovation and product design, you will have the opportunity to take us to the next level, as you translate market and consumer insights into strategic product launches.As a Senior Global Product Manager, you'll:Manage the strategy and execution of new product innovation and renovationCreate full product business plans, including product concept, positioning, forecasting, P&L management, etc.Conduct industry and competitive analyses to drive strategic product decisionsIdentify key research questions and assist in developing consumer learning planActively conduct research and share insights with the cross-functional teamDefine the consumer target, positioning, key benefits and featuresDevelop product requirements and gain cross-functional alignmentWork closely with ID, engineering, China team and QA on executing the productLead Gate meetings associated with the product launchTrack project timeline and ensure team is hitting key milestonesLead development of product packaging, partnering with Creative TeamPartner with channel marketing to develop selling story for channel partnersPartner with marketing to support successful product launchManaging ongoing business post launch, including tracking product performanceManage other existing products, including business reporting, forecasting, and on-going business needsQualificationsMBA highly preferred or bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of product marketing experienceBrand or product management experience required; must have experience developing upfront strategies for new innovation and executing on those strategiesProduct management experience of consumer electronics desiredStrategic thinking—must be proficient and comfortable with developing solid product strategies in non-structured environmentEntrepreneurial spirit – ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, start-up environment and do whatever it takes to get the job donePassion and experience deriving consumer insights – Need experience conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research leading to key insights.Must demonstrate a high level of curiosity and willingness to get hands-on in project workMust be comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrate an ability to work through unknownsExcellent communication skills – demonstrated use of written, presentation and verbal skills.
