• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options.
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions closely.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Support initiatives aimed at improving quality and safety within the healthcare setting.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
