Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret NGS datasets (e.g., RNA-seq, DNA-seq).
• Develop and maintain analysis pipelines using R and Python.
• Perform data wrangling and QC of complex biological data.
• Work in a Linux/Unix environment for scripting and job management.
• Support analytical validation for clinical or research workflows.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Statistics or Biostatistics
• Strong proficiency in R; experience with Python preferred.
• Background in NGS analysis, data wrangling, and Linux systems.
• Familiarity with analytical validation in a scientific setting.
• (Preferred) Experience with adenovirus experiments.
