We are seeking Audit Managers with experience in the Financial Services industry verticals including, but not limited to, Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, and Fintech. As an Audit Manager, you will lead and build client relationships, guide teams, and promote new business solutions. About the Team The Audit & Assurance team at Crowe provides traditional attestation services as well as accounting and consulting on applying accounting principles. Audit & Assurance professionals demonstrate deep specialization through an understanding of the market and business challenges their clients face and a dedication to audit quality. Although Crowe has various business units, Audit & Assurance is one of the largest practices. Responsibilities Develop positive client relationships. Lead multiple teams and provide performance feedback to all members when engagements end. Anticipate and address client concerns, resolving problems as they arise. Promote new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients. Stay current on industry developments and their effects on clients’ competitive positions. Continually learn the latest developments, firm standards, and policies. Qualifications 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience. Experience working with Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, and Fintech clients. Strong organization, communication, technical, time‑management, accounting, and auditing skills. Ability to multi‑task, planning, executing, and wrapping up multiple engagements concurrently. Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on task completion. Licensed CPA in the aligned home office state or ability to acquire a reciprocal license. Willingness to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites. Ability to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship , acting ethically and with integrity at all times. Not sponsoring work authorization at this time. Compensation The disclosed range estimate is $91,400.00 – $186,900.00 per year.
