Registered Nurse- RN

Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including nursing homes and assisted living facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of infection control practices, emergency medicine, and critical care transport. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Responsibilities Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical history. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide wound care and assist with sterile processing of medical equipment. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations. Assist in the management of patients requiring critical care transport. Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Participate in ongoing training related to workers’ compensation law and emergency medicine practices. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in nursing homes or assisted living environments is preferred. Knowledge of dermal fillers is a plus but not required. Strong understanding of infection control measures and critical care protocols. Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility as needed. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient education. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism.
