Estamos buscando un Jefe de Equipo en la División de Mantenimiento para unirse a nuestro equipo y desempeñar un papel crucial en el mantenimiento y mejora de los paisajes de nuestros clientes. Como líder de un grupo de profesionales dedicados, supervisarás una variedad de tareas de paisajismo y tendrás la oportunidad de crecer y desarrollarte en un entorno profesional que valora el rendimiento y el aprendizaje continuo.
Responsabilidades
- Supervisar y participar en tareas de paisajismo, incluyendo siega del césped, limpiezas, acolchados, poda, mantenimiento del paisaje, poda, fertilización y control de malezas.
- Capacitar a los miembros del equipo para realizar un trabajo de calidad de acuerdo con nuestros estándares.
- Trabajar en una variedad de condiciones climáticas que van desde 0 a 95 grados.
- Liderar con el ejemplo, fomentando un ambiente de equipo y promoviendo el deseo de aprender.
Calificaciones
- 2+ años de experiencia en un entorno de paisajismo profesional.
- 1-2 años de experiencia trabajando como Técnico de Paisajismo.
- Capacidad para levantar más de 50 libras.
- Licencia de conducir válida.
- Debe aprobar una prueba de drogas.
Compensación
El salario para esta posición a tiempo completo durante todo el año varía de $18.00 a $25.00 por hora , según la experiencia y las calificaciones.
