Calibration Technician - Electrical (Entry to Senior Level)

Cascade Engineering Services is looking for a Electrical Calibration Technician, from entry-level to senior-level, to support precision measurement and test equipment calibration. This role is ideal for someone experienced with electrical instrumentation, troubleshooting, and maintaining compliance with calibration standards in a lab environment. Responsibilities Calibrate electrical test and measurement equipment Maintain calibration standards Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of precision equipment Collect, record, and summarize, data during calibration Identifying abnormalities, trends and/or predicting future values Identify equipment out-of-tolerance conditions and perform corrective action by adjustments, component replacement, correction factors, in accordance with Cascade policies and procedures Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned Minimum AA degree, formal PMEL training, or equivalent Must be able to perform general mathematical, statistical and algebraical functions Must possess very good written and oral, communication skills Computer skills such as use of MS Word, Outlook and Excel Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of Calibration/Metrology experience Experience calibrating digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators Intermediate ability to troubleshoot repair, align and optimize precision equipment Familiar with ISO 17025:2017 quality systems Experience with RF or high-frequency equipment calibration Prior experience supporting audits or quality systems Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance Occasional standing and bending are required Working Environment Works primarily in an engineering laboratory or manufacturing environment at Cascade and/or customer sites Occasional in state travel required Health Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Pay Range (DOE) $50K/yr - $72K/yr #J-18808-Ljbffr Internetwork Expert
