Job Description

·         Lead and manage a 2nd shift production team of 5 direct reports, including 1 Welder, 1 Break Press Operator, and 3 Non-Union Assemblers

·         Drive key performance metrics across production output, quality assurance, and workplace safety standards

·         Oversee all hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions for assigned team members

·         Motivate and develop team members to achieve peak performance and operational excellence

·         Streamline manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement (CI) initiatives

Key Requirements 

·                     Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing production teams

·                     Demonstrated hands-on experience in sheet metal manufacturing processes

·                     Ability to interpret and work from blueprints and schematics

·                     BS degree preferred
