What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Impactful 1:1 Therapy: Delivering direct ABA therapy in home or clinic-based environments.
• Evidence-Based Care: Implementing treatment plans and behavioral programs crafted by supervising BCBAs.
• Clinical Documentation: Precise data collection and session note submission to track every win.
• Active Collaboration: Engaging in staff meetings, training, and peer-to-peer strategy sessions.
• Presence: Commuting to client locations promptly and reliably.

The Brighter Strides Checklist

• The Certification: Active RBT Certification is required .
• The Experience: Proven track record working with children/adolescents with ASD.
• The Communication: Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) for clear reporting and family interaction.
• The Logistics: A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean criminal background check.

Schedule & Travel

• Standard Hours: Monday through Friday.
• Flexibility: Weekend shifts available for those who want them.
• Setting: Home-based and school based options.
• Travel: Reliable commuting to and from client homes is a core part of this role.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively under the supervision of BCBAs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with developmental challenges.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client homes or treatment sites.
