Office Hours Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Position Community Manager – Antioch, CA (on-site living required) Responsibilities Supervise and manage overall property operations for a 216-unit community. Hire, train, and develop a competent team. Review daily rent recommendations and maximize income opportunities. Collect rents, implement delinquent rent procedures, enforce resident insurance compliance, screening criteria, and retention procedures. Prepare weekly reports, approve invoices, input data accurately, and produce other required reports. Analyze monthly performance, prepare variance reports, and initiate annual budgets and forecasts. Identify market challenges, educate staff and regional manager, and create marketing plans. Bid out recurring contractor work, confirm insurance and lien waivers, monitor quality and timeliness. Ensure OSHA and safety procedures are implemented, conduct safety meetings, and maintain up-to-date MSDS information. Coordinate potential repairs or capital projects with maintenance supervisor and confirm curb‑appeal quality. Follow company handbooks, property policy manuals, and governing documents. Qualifications Excellent problem‑solving, interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills. Minimum 3 years experience as a Community Manager of at least 100 units. Strong sales and business development skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, write reports, and calculate figures accurately. Proficiency with property‑level operations software (Outlook, Internet, Excel, Word). Compensation & Benefits Salary range $100,000–$120,000 annually. 401(k) match, rental incentive, renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts.
