divh2Job Title/h2pProject Coordinator/ph3Responsibilities/h3pProject coordination and system entry/ppOversee the delivery of orders projects on Iyunos systems/ppCollect client requirements from the Client Service Delivery Manager, understand and record the detail of every project for the Account management team and Operations team to have confidence in the system records./ppRaise POs and ICOs/ppMaintain detailed system records of client interactions, orders, and project progress/ppProvide Client Service Delivery managers with regular updates on project status, timelines, and any changes or issues that may arise./ppAssist in developing detailed project plans that outline timelines, resources, and deliverables./ppPrepare and deliver regular status reports to clients and internal stakeholders/ppResolve unbilled projects/ppEnsure timely and accurate invoicing for clients, monitoring accounts receivable to ensure prompt payment./ppIdentify areas for improvement or systemization in the service delivery process and systems. Implement improvements which enhance efficiency and quality./ph3Skills and Experience Required/h3pProven experience of working in a collaborative matrix role./ppStrong understanding of localization operations processes./ppExcellent client management and communication skills./ppStrong organizational and multitasking abilities with an ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously./ppDetail orientation/ppProficiency in localisation software and tools./ppFocus on execution and quality/ppProblem-solving and decision-making skills/ppExcellent communicator and influencer, able to question and summarize effectively/ppHourly Rate: $25/p/div
