You'll work with clients dealing with relationship difficulties, family conflict, anxiety, and major life changes. This position involves conducting therapy sessions, managing treatment plans, and helping clients make meaningful changes in their personal and family lives.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, couples, and family counseling through a secure telehealth platform.Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' concerns, personal histories, and family relationships.Develop treatment plans with clear goals based on each client's circumstances.Use appropriate therapeutic techniques to address communication problems, relationship conflict, and emotional difficulties.Work with clients on practical ways to manage stress, navigate family challenges, and improve relationships.Review client progress regularly and update treatment plans as needed.Maintain accurate session notes, assessments, and other required clinical records.Recognize potential safety concerns and follow appropriate clinical protocols.Arrange referrals and coordinate with other healthcare providers when additional support is needed.Follow Delaware licensing regulations, professional ethics, and patient confidentiality requirements.
