We are one of America's favorite fast-casual restaurant companies. We are now hiring a Rock Star Assistant General Manager to hit the ground running. We buy the best locations, and our restaurants are located in high-traffic retail areas. Our company does not limit your earnings!!!!! We are growing; we have 4 restaurants in the next 2 years in the Indianapolis area. That means our internal growth potential is unlimited.
Requirements for Assistant General Restaurant Managers
- 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant General Manager
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
- Strong leadership skills
- Hands-on, lead-from-the-shoulder management style
