Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (typically 8:00–4:00; no evenings or weekends) Population: Early childhood (2–5), classroom-based/inclusion model Structure: On-site BCBA with RBT support, strong collaboration with teaching staff Focus: Communication, regulation, independence, and school readiness within natural environments Requirements: 3-5 years of BCBA experience Strong experience working with early learners (ages 2-5) Experience in clinic or classroom-based settings Experience designing treatment goals based on child development and developmental milestones Expertise in the implementation and oversight of comprehensive and focused ABA programming Experience supervising and training behavior technicians Experience providing services in naturalistic and/or classroom-based environments Ability to collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary, classroom-based settings Can operate independently with minimal oversight Are collaborative and comfortable working within a school-based team #J-18808-Ljbffr
