COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (50% upon joining / 50% after 12 months)

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Service: ICU & Trauma (inpatient)

• Schedule: Rotational shifts between ICU and Trauma, typically 7 on / 7 off, with flexible scheduling options

• Trauma shifts consist of 24-hour coverage, with 3 to 4 shifts every two weeks

• ICU operates on a week-on / week-off basis

• Setting: Acute care hospital

• Scope: Full-scope APP practice with collaborative support from physicians

• Compensation based on experience, ranging from $80 to $100 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee complex ICU and trauma patients in partnership with attending physicians

• Conduct history and physical exams, daily notes, orders, and procedures within your scope

• Engage in multidisciplinary rounds and coordinate care

• Ensure prompt and high-quality documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active PA-C licensure (ACNP or acute care certification preferred)

• Experience in ICU, trauma, surgical, or emergency settings is highly preferred

• New graduates with acute care clinical training are encouraged to apply

• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; ATLS certification is a plus
