Including: Offices based in Maryland, Virginia, and DC Weekly schedule will include hours at severalclinics in Washington, DCCandidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed.What you'll be working on:Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visitsOngoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office proceduresWilling to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional statesEducation, licenses, and experiences required for this role:At least 2 years of primary care experience required.Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Maryland, and/or Virginia, and/or Washington, DC The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency programBoard certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine One Medical providers also demonstrate:A passion for human-centered primary care The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality careClinical proficiency in evidence-based primary careThe desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare deliveryAn openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknessesThe ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleaguesReadiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patientsCasual/Per Diem/Locums Providers receiveMalpractice Insurance - Malpractice fees to insure your practice at One Medical is covered 100%UpToDate Subscription - An evidence-based clinical research toolOne Medical Issued laptop (to allow for secure access to our EHR)Sick Time PTO eligible in accordance with local requirementThis is an hourly role based in Washington, DCOne Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The base hourly for this role is $135.00 per hour. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
