We are hiring  Production Associates for a leading plastic manufacturing facility in Vernon, CA. In this role, you will assist with the production, packaging, and handling of plastic buckets used in a variety of industries. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.

Available shifts are 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM , with scheduled workdays based on the shift assigned at hire.

What You'll Get:

• $16.90/hr – overtime paid at $25.35/hr.
• Daily overtime (3.5 hours each shift)
• Weekly pay

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Inspecting plastic buckets & lids for quality assurance
• Changing molds on production machines
• Inserting handles into buckets
• Stacking finished products onto pallets
• Loading and unloading materials
• Organizing and cleaning the warehouse
• Performing general production and warehouse tasks as needed
