Mission- Lead & develop a high-performing U.S. sales team
- Strengthen sales discipline, customer relationships, and scalable market growth
- +20% annual growth in new customer acquisition
- Expand share-of-wallet with existing accounts
- Drive ~20%+ YoY revenue increase per sales plan
- Implement consistent pricing discipline; protect margin
- Maximize GP across all transactions
- Build/scale a team capable of achieving $50M+ revenue
- KPI-driven performance management; coach high performers, exit underperformers
- Develop bench strength for future leadership roles within 12 months
- Achieve full adoption of core sales processes (CRM, pricing, follow-up)
- Improve collaboration, accountability, and change readiness

- KPI-driven sales leadership
- CRM proficiency (e.g., NetSuite)
