Full-time, temporary position beginning 8/27/2026-6/11/2027. Location: Bridgewater Scheduled Hours/Days: 8 hours/day M-F Qualifications: Associate degree from an accredited SLPA program or a Bachelor's Degree in communication disorders with an SLPA certificate. Pay Rate/Range: $31.99/hr. - Subject to change upon the settlement of the 2026-28 COTA/Speech Language Assistants Agreement. Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), the SLPA provides direct instruction and prescribed language, articulation, voice, and fluency practice for students who qualify for services under MN Special Education Speech Criteria. The SLPA serves as a member of the educational team, collaborating with the supervising SLP and staff to adapt environments and materials to improve student communication in accordance with the Individualized Education Program (IEP).
