Facility Administrative Registered Nurse (RN)

Facility Administrative Registered Nurse (RN) focus on individual growth and development in practice with increased levels of self-direction in quality-of-care outcomes. Participates in the exploration of outcomes within the department. The RN is responsible for their assigned administrative area activities for the Medical Center and off-site locations if applicable. Collects data, monitors staff compliance with relevant policies, directives, and standards, provides reports detailing trends, and provides direct staff support to the service. Participates in several facility councils, committees, and workgroups. This RN brings principals and theory with limited application of critical thinking skill. The incumbent conducts active MDRO and passive surveillance and serves as a liaison for the day-to-day operations of the Infection Prevention initiative. S/he will provide support and expertise in the various fields of the Infection Prevention realm.

Work Schedule: 8 HR SHIFTS Monday-Friday no weekends no holidays
