Senior Tax Accountant - Generalist

We are a 30 person firm located on the south side of Minneapolis. We are a full service firm offering tax, accounting, and audit services to a wide range of clients. We work with HNW/UHNW clients as well as businesses large and small. We even have a strong trust & estate practice as well as some non-profits. We are a collaborative group who want to work with other people who love public accounting. We know that the busy season hours can be a lot so we will allow you to customize your schedule and cap your hours between 40-60 hours in busy seasons. Outside of busy seasons the expectation is around 35-40 hours a week. We even close early on Fridays outside of busy seasons.

We are looking for an experienced tax accountant to come in and do prep work, some simple review (or start reviewing), and work directly with clients on their needs. We want a motivated individual who wants to grow with our firm and work with a wide array of clients.

What You Need

• 3+ years in public accounting
• Active CPA/EA preferred (not required)
• Experience in business and individual tax
• Privately held businesses
• HNWIs, partnerships, s-corps, trust & estate, some c-corps
• Clients generating ($1 million - $50 million in annual revenue)

Benefits

Base Salary: $70,000-$110,000
