WINDOW SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Pre-Set Appointments | Uncapped Commission | $200K+ Potential

Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA is expanding our window division, and we're looking for an experienced in-home sales professional who knows how to close.

This is not an order-taking position.

We're looking for a producer-someone who can walk into a homeowner's kitchen, establish trust, identify what matters to them, build value in the right solution, handle objections, and confidently ask for the business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes.

No cold calling. No knocking doors.

You'll run pre-set appointments, demonstrate our window solutions, develop the right scope for the homeowner, present pricing and financing options, and lead the customer toward a decision.

We're looking for someone who understands that great in-home selling isn't about pressure. It's about controlling the sales process, creating value, earning trust, and asking for the sale.

YOU'RE PROBABLY A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Have a proven history of closing in-home sales
• Have window, exterior remodeling, roofing, siding, bath, HVAC, or other high-ticket home-improvement sales experience
• Know how to run a structured one-call-close sales process
• Are comfortable discussing financing and monthly payment options
• Can build rapport quickly with homeowners
• Know how to uncover the real reason behind an objection
• Don't get uncomfortable when it's time to ask for the sale
• Take ownership of your numbers-good or bad
• Are competitive, coachable, organized, and driven
• Want your income tied directly to your performance
• Are available for some evening and Saturday appointments when homeowners are available

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll run qualified, pre-set homeowner appointments and own the sales process from introduction through close.

That means understanding the homeowner's needs, evaluating their project, presenting the right window solution, demonstrating value, presenting investment and financing options, overcoming objections, asking for the business, and following up aggressively on opportunities that don't close during the initial appointment.

You'll also maintain an accurate pipeline and work closely with our operations team to make sure sold customers receive an outstanding experience.
