This is a temp to hire opportunity with a stable employer offering long term growth for dependable employees. Job Responsibilities Perform secondary operations on manufactured parts after the primary production process. Trim, deburr, inspect, assemble, sort, and package finished products. Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications. Remove excess material and perform light finishing work. Operate basic production equipment and hand tools safely. Complete production paperwork accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety and quality standards. Work with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance and positive work ethic. Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Benefits $16.00 per hour. Temp to hire opportunity.
