- A passion for helping seniors
- A desire to contributeto a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends,and all team members
- Ability to communicate effectivelyin English; both oral and written
- Ability to workevery other weekend
- Ability to work effectively as a team
- Clean residents' apartments and common area'swithin the community. Apartments consist of a kitchen, bathroom, living roomand bedrooms
- Cleanpublic bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures
- Assistwith collection, bagging, and disposal of trash
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- No prior housekeeping experience necessary
