Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities through a range of motion, muscle strength, and functional tests, ensuring that evaluations are comprehensive and tailored to each individual.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals and physician recommendations, continually modifying these plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and modality applications (heat, cold, ultrasound) to optimize patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques to facilitate ongoing progress.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and healthcare professionals, providing consultative support regarding patient treatment plans and adaptive equipment needs.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff, ensuring quality care is delivered consistently throughout the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, with a proven ability to devise and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Demonstrable skills in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Clean professional record with no disciplinary actions taken against the license.

Preferred Experience

• Experience treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and the ability to adapt treatment approaches according to individual patient needs.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit; ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in patient education and developing home exercise programs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include:
