Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Nevada license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: - Must pass a telemetry competency exam, including identifying and measuring telemetry rhythm strips.

Shift & Scheduling: - No call. - Schedule varies based on department needs and can include weekends and holidays.

Floating Requirements: - May be required to float to the needs of the organization up to competency level.

7 days maximum time off

2 references required from within the last 2 years
