Medical Receptionist - Patient Care Coordinator Rockville MDPay From: $21 per hourMUST:The Medical Receptionist will have experience: Medical Scheduling experience3 plus years of medical office experienceEMR experienceExcellent communication skillsStrong customer service skillsDUTIES:Schedules patient appointments and confirms appointments over the phone with patientsAssisting at front desk as neededCollecting co-payments and any prior balances from patientsHandles dictation from each patient's visitsDistributes mailGenerate and maintain clear, concise and accurate records and files.Vigilantly maintain cleanliness and safety of check-in/check-out area.Responsible for making exceptional first impressions on new patients and providing a cordial welcome to returning patients in person or on the telephone.Greet patients, execute check-in/check-out procedures, explain patient process and paperwork throughout relationship with patient
