Requirements

Years of Experience: 2 year(s)
Note: CLINICAL - please call out strong Cardiovascular exp.

Patient Ratio Experience: 1:2-3 if pcu downgrades are on unit

Required:
- VA or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, NIH
- 2 yrs experience
-CSC, TNCC preferred
-Trauma Level II Experience: Required
-Teaching Hospital Experience: Required
-Community Hospital Experience: Required
-Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
-Open to accommodating block schedule? No

Ratios: can float to stepdown. Ratios 1:4 Contracted ICU/SICU staff may be assigned to non-ICU units as operational needs require and will assume the standard patient ratios for the assigned unit. The unit ratios at MWHC can very from 1:4 - 1:6
