If you have previous experience in construction, maintenance, or restoration or the willingness to learn and are ready to work hard in a hands on environment, we want to hear from you.Compensation and Shift:$20+ per hour depending on experienceFirst Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMOvertime / On-Call as neededBenefits Offered by WPS:Paid holidaysPaid vacation daysMedical, Dental, and Life insuranceDirect Deposit or Payroll CardWeekly payRestoration Technician Duties and Responsibilities:Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage restorationPerform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processesConduct demolition, debris removal, and property cleanup as neededClean and restore contents affected by fire, smoke, or water damageOperate tools and equipment safely to clean, sanitize, and restore propertiesSet up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiersAssist with mold remediation following safety and industry standardsPerform basic construction and repair tasks to support property restorationMaintain accurate documentation of job progress and equipment usageCommunicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team membersKeep company vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and maintainedFollow OSHA, company, and industry safety regulations at all timesShow initiative with the potential to grow into a crew lead roleRestoration Technician Skills and Qualifications:Strong work ethic with the ability to work in demanding environmentsPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in confined or challenging spacesComfortable working in water-damaged, fire-damaged, or smoke-affected propertiesValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAble to pass a background check and drug screeningAttention to detail, safety-focused, and team-orientedStrong communication and customer service skillsWillingness to work overtime and be on-call for emergency response
