Typical duties include answering and directing incoming calls, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, maintaining supplies and equipment, and handling mail. The role also provides general administrative support for a field office.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain files, filing system, and communications.Provide data entry for projects.Answer phones and direct calls.Sort incoming mail.Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested.Prepare outgoing mailings and labels, including e-mail and fax.Reserve conference rooms and coordinate client, vendor, and/or supplier presentations, meetings, and interviews, including set-up and cleanup.Assist with scheduling and set-up of client interviews, presentations, and other meetings as requested.Order and maintain supplies.Update the office calendar.Perform other duties as assigned.Comply with all policies and standards.Required SkillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint required.Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma/GED required.Required Experience1 year of applicable office/clerical experience preferred.BenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientThis client is a 100% employee-owned firm in the infrastructure engineering sector — spanning energy, aviation, water, telecommunications, transportation, and healthcare — operating from more than 75 offices across the country and internationally and generating over $7.4 billion in annual revenue.
