What We're Looking For Successful candidates typically have: Experience in caregiving, home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, or related settings Personal caregiving experience for a family member (also valued) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong observation and problem-solving abilities A compassionate, patient, and professional attitude Experience supporting individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease preferred Employment Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and active auto insurance Ability to pass a nationwide criminal background screening Start a Career That Matters Every visit, conversation, and act of kindness can have a lasting impact on someone's life.
