Sirius Staffing is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a full-time opportunity supporting a major utility provider in West Monroe, Louisiana. We are looking for dependable, customer-focused professionals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

• Location: West Monroe, LA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
• Assignment Length: 12 Months
• Start Date: July 6, 2026
• Multiple Openings Available

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers by providing information regarding accounts, products, and services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, processing requests, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and effective service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, mail, and in person regarding accounts, products, services, pricing, and billing
• Process customer orders, service requests, changes, returns, and special requests
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and account discrepancies
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Explain available products and services to customers
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and service needs
• Assist customers with billing questions and account-related concerns
• Recommend additional products or services when appropriate
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service in all interactions

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Important Training Requirement:

This position includes a mandatory 6-week training program beginning on July 6, 2026. Consistent attendance throughout the training period is critical. Candidates must be able to fully commit to the training schedule without planned absences.
