Location: MD: Annapolis Junction, Baltimore, Goldsboro, and Queenstown  Requirements:Summary: Looking for full-time ready mix drivers for our ready mix concrete operations in Maryland and Delaware   Qualifications:Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively2 year of related experience or training preferred, not requiredClass A or B driver's license with airbrakes (or ability to add airbrakes)Current DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one)No DUI's within the last 5 yearsMinimal moving violationsGood interpersonal skills to establish and maintain respectful relationships with other staff and customersInterpreting written information such as safety rules, sales tickets, and operating instructionsResponsibilities:Safely drive concrete mixer truckShow up on time for work and to the job siteDeliver our product to customersUnload product according to customer directionMaintain clean truckMaintain clean driving recordFriendly, cooperative interactions with coworkers and customersCommunicate location and status to dispatcherBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayNo nightsOvertimeWeekendsYear round workSupplemental Pay:Quarterly bonusSafety bonusExperience:Driving: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Class A or B CDL License (Required) Pay is $23 - $26 /hr and can be elevated with past experience About Ernest Maier: Since 1926, Ernest Maier has been all about construction.
