Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position offers the chance to support student growth and development through direct OT interventions, while also providing professional supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). The role covers Monday through Friday, ensuring a consistent schedule that allows you to build meaningful rapport with students and educators alike.

Candidates must hold a current, active Occupational Therapy certification and license. Experience delivering services in school settings is strongly preferred, with the ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs considered a significant asset.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience in school-based OT preferred
• Capable of providing both direct OT services and supervision to COTAs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to document progress and maintain compliance with educational plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer individualized and group OT services to students as specified in their IEPs
• Evaluate student abilities and needs, establishing tailored treatment goals
• Supervise and support COTAs, ensuring quality service delivery
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
